Bob Gurr is a legendary figure in the world of Disney, and the only original Disney Imagineer still with us who was hired by Walt Disney himself. He played a key role in designing some of the most iconic attractions at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, including the monorail, Matterhorn Bobsleds, and Autopia. During the event, Bob will share first-hand stories of his experiences working with Walt Disney, giving you a unique glimpse into the mind of one of the most influential figures in entertainment history. You’ll learn about the creative process that went into bringing Disneyland to life and gain a deeper appreciation for the man who started it all. This is a rare opportunity to hear from someone who was there at the beginning and played a pivotal role in shaping the Disney theme park experience. The event will conclude with a Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask Bob any burning questions you may have. A limited selection of Bob Gurr posters and memorabilia will be available for purchase before and after the show. All items include an autograph. Please note that there is a $30 fee for any items you bring in to have autographed.

VIP admission includes: early admission at 1:45pm, seating in the first 3 rows, photo op with Bob Gurr, an autographed 12 x 18 poster print of Bob’s iconic “Monorail Crossing” sketch that he used to present his monorail design idea to Walt Disney.
